Resetting Your SCC Password

IMPORTANT:  At this time, the password reset link is not working on iPhones, in Safari, or in Internet Explorer. Please use an alternate device/browser to reset your password or obtain your ID number until we can resolve this issue.

If you have successfully logged in any time after January 2018, you’ll use standard password recovery to reset your password.

If the password recovery isn’t set up or is not working, go to and enter the requested information.
You will receive an email with a password reset link at the email address you entered.


The non-SCC email you enter MUST match what we have on file.
If you see the below error, you will need to contact the Help Desk for assistance.
