What are the password requirements?

PASSWORD REQUIREMENTS:

• 7 – 16 characters in length
• Must contain 3 of the 4 following criteria:
  • lower case letter
  • upper case letter
  • number
  • symbol of the following: @ # $ % ^ & * – _ ! + = [ ] { } | \ : ‘ , . ? / ` ~ ” ( ) ;

RESTRICTIONS:

• Must NOT contain 3 or more consecutive letters or digits of:
  • First name
  • Last name
  • SCC ID #
• Cannot be a password previously used at SCC
