How to Add SCC Email to a Mobile Device

To add your SCC email to a mobile device, you will download the Microsoft Outlook mobile app. This app is available on both Android and Apple devices. It can be used by anyone with an SCC provided email.

First, you will need to download the application. You can find Microsoft Outlook in either the Google Play Store on Android Devices, or the Apple App Store on Apple devices.

(Note: you will have an “Install” button instead of the Open and Update buttons that are in the above images.)


After the application has been installed, open it and click GET STARTED

If you have not had email on your mobile device before, you will be taken to a screen asking for your email address. You need to use the same username you log into The Hub with. Do not use your actual SCC email.  Once you have entered your username, click CONTINUE.

Outlook may try and automatically recognize compatible accounts on your device if you have other emails set up OR had your SCC email on your device in the past. If that is the case, you might see a screen like the one below. Remove the check mark next to any accounts you do not want to add and click ADD ACCOUNT to continue.


Next, you will enter the same password you use for The Hub, then click Sign In.


Once the account has been added successfully, the screen below will appear. Since there are no other accounts to add, click SKIP.


You may see a brief introduction to Outlook before being taken to your inbox where you can see your emails. You now have your SCC email added to your mobile device!
