Updating password recovery information

Keep your password recovery verification details updated by following the steps below. You will need to be able to log into The Hub in order to make these changes.

1. Go to https://myapps.microsoft.com

2. If asked, log in using the same username/password as for The Hub

3. Select the profile picture in the upper right and click “View Account”













4. Click on “Security Info” from the left side of your profile screen

















5. Click on the Change or Delete link next to the item you need to update













6. Follow the steps to update and verify your information, you will need the devices you plan to use to be available for verification.

We recommend using your cell phone number and an email you can access with your cell phone
