Updating password recovery information

SCC offers a self-service option to recover your password in the instance that you are unable to log into The Hub or Office 365. This can be set up or updated by using the following steps:

Go to https://myapps.microsoft.com

If you know your current password: log in with the username/password you would use for The Hub.
If you DO NOT know your password or your login does not work: you will need to contact the Help Desk directly by phone, email, or chat to have your password manually reset.

After you have logged in, click on your name/image in the upper right corner:


Click Profile:

Click Set up self service password reset:

If you see this screen, re-enter your password. If you did not see this screen, go to the next step.


You can now select the Change link next to the information you need to update.


Once you have your updated information and completed verification for it, you can click the looks good button


You will be returned to the original apps page from when you first logged in. From here, you can navigate back to https://thehub.southeast.edu.
