SCC Voicemail Tips:

If you are trying to re-listen to voicemail or pause/fast forward, rewind, etc…

Here is the list for that:

While listening to messages, here are the options:

1= save

2 = skip  (or resume playback if paused)

3 = Erase

4 = Rewind

5 = Pause

6 = Fast Forward

7 = Call back the number that left you the voicemail

8 = Announce message details (number called from, date, time)

9 = Volume of the message (9 + 1 = low volume, 9+ 2 = normal, 9 +3 = high volume)
