Helpdesk Goals:

The goal of SCC’s IT Helpdesk is to help you enhance your productivity and provide excellent technical support for our students, faculty and employees. We can assist you in a number of different areas including, but not limited to, password resets, understanding your username, how to set up a video conference, or even helping you navigate an online class for the first time. Our Helpdesk staff is here to assist you by troubleshooting an issue directly or by routing your request to the appropriate team, in order to take care of you in a timely and efficient manner.

Hours of Operation:

Monday-Thursday 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Friday 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
